Gravity Spring

A gravity spring is a type of spring that forms on hillsides or cliffs where the water is naturally forced out of the ground due to gravity. This occurs when an impermeable layer, such as rock or clay, blocks the path of water flowing beneath the surface, causing it to accumulate and eventually overflow onto the surface.
