Pizza Fraction Equivalence

Visualizing that two fractions are equal even if the numbers are different with pizza Imagine you have two pizzas: one is cut into four slices, and the other is cut into 8 slices. If you take two slices from the first pizza, you have 2/4 of that pizza. If you take 4 slices from the second pizza, you have 4/8 of that pizza. Even though the numbers in the fractions are different, 2/4 and 4/8 actually represent the same amount of pizza, which is half of the total slices.
